NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
The ARFF Working Group Annual Educational Conference and Training Symposium is the premier event for the aviation firefighting industry.Notice of the annual meeting of the Aircraft Rescue & Fire Fighting Working Group, Inc. is hereby given. The meeting will be held at the Memphis Convention Center, 255 North Main Street, Memphis, TN 38103, September 17, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. local time. The meeting is called for the purpose of receiving annual reports of the Officers and Directors, and to transact such business which comes before the ARFFWG.
We expect more than 50+ companies to exhibit at this year’s program. This is also an “Equipment Year” so many of the major ARFF Truck manufacturers will also display their vehicles. This is the perfect opportunity to visit and shop for products and services that deal specifically with the aviation fire safety and protection industry.
It is important to recognize those that have contributed to the advancement of the aircraft rescue and fire fighting industry. The ARFF Working Group Awards Program does just that. This year’s awards will be presented during the Awards Luncheon on Monday, September 17th at the Memphis Convention Center. If you know of an individual, group, department that have reached above and beyond, please nominate them for one of these awards. To make your nominations download the Awards Program HERE
The ARFF Working Group Educational Conference & Training Symposium provides aviation fire safety manufacturers/suppliers unmatched international exposure for their products to the largest gathering of ARFF professionals in one location.
Our members are well versed on the products and services they want to see in the exhibit area.
For some of our members, this is the one chance each year to see the products and services that are available to the aviation firefighting community.
This 4-day program will be packed with seminars and the opportunity to network with airport firefighters and industry experts from around the world.
The ARFF Working Group will be utilizing the Memphis Convention Center for exhibits and meeting space. The exhibitor services information kit will be available in the near future. Please check back for updates.
The right combination of advertising, sponsorship and pre and post show marketing opportunities help you balance your decision to exhibit and sponsor this event. Extend your message beyond the borders of your booth and be recognized as a major sponsor.
The ARFF Working Group appreciates the support we receive from our exhibitors and partners in the aviation fire protection industry. Your participation as a sponsor helps offset some of the major expenses for conducting a quality conference. Let us help you develop a sponsorship package with specific needs of your company and make the aviation firefighting community aware of your company.
