    The Industrial Emergency Council, in association with the NASA Ames Fire Department, Kellogg Community College’s Mobile ARFF trainer, and Alabama Fire College will be hosting three 40-hour Initial/Basic ARFF Schools.

    Offering #1: October 1, 2, 7, 8
    Offering #2: October 3, 4, 9, 10
    Offering #3: October 5, 6, 11, 12

    **Each class will last 40 hours and will consist of four 10-hour training days
    The training location will be the NASA Ames Fire Department on Moffett Field, CA (located adjacent to Mountain View, CA). These courses will meet the training requirements for both NFPA 1003 (Airport Fire Fighter) and FAA Part 139.319.

    Required Prerequisites:
    CFSTES Fire Fighter II and CSTI Hazmat First Responder Operations
    -OR-
    IFSAC or Pro Board Fire Fighter II and Hazmat Operations

    Special Equipment:
    Each student must bring a set of NFPA compliant turnout gear and SCBA with spare cylinder and PASS device to the training.
