    Airport Identifier?
    City and State?
Who is responsible for ARFF duties? City, County, State or private?
If from a private company, list the company name?
Can you provide an organizational chart? If not, how may firefighters, medics and supervisors/command staff are there?
    Minimum/Maximum staffing levels
    Pay structure of each?
Schedule? Are they 24 hours on and 48 off, etc?

WE are a city fire department that also provides ARFF. We are an index C and work 24hr on 48hr off. their is 3 of us permanently signed to ARFF. we rotate the second position. 2 people on per shift for ARFF. we make 55K to 80K depending on how much time you have with the fire department. Capital City fire/rescue, Juneau Alaska
