Mike is the Lead ARFF Instructor for Rockford, IL Fire Department, with the rank of Driver/Engineer/Paramedic, as well as the owner of 21st Century Online Training.  He has 20 years of fire experience, and instructs a wide variety of classes with emphasis on ARFF, EMS, and Driver/Engineer topics such as Fire Apparatus Engineer and Fire Service Vehicle Operator (safe driving).
