He is presently serving as Vice Director of Safety Department/Chief Fire Officer for the company Brussels South Charleroi Airport in Belgium. He is member of ARFFWG since 1997 and ARFF fire instructor for Urban firefighters since 2002.He is the President of Red Knights MC Europe Association, motorcycle club for firefighters around the world.
