SOUTHWEST OF MIAMI-DADE, FLA. (WSVN) – A helicopter has crashed at Miami Executive Airport.
The crash occurred in an airport parking lot near the International Flight Center North shortly after 7 p.m. Tuesday.
Part of the helicopter crashed into the fence behind a parked truck.
The tail of the helicopter was visible a few meters from the rest of the helicopter. Another piece was also found in the nearby field.
Authorities said there were three people on board the private training helicopter at the time of the crash.
No injuries were reported.
Investigators attended the scene to investigate the cause of the crash.
