PHOENIX — No injuries were reported after an aircraft crash landed at Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport on Thursday, authorities said.
A fixed-wing aircraft experienced landing gear issues and was forced to crash on an airport runway at about 1:05 p.m., the Mesa Fire and Medical Department said in an email.
Two people were on board the aircraft when it crashed.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
No other information was available.
