A small aircraft from the medicine distributor Dimed skidded off the runway at Santa Rosa Airport, in the Northwest Region of Rio Grande do Sul, this Tuesday morning (14).

According to an official statement from the company, three people were on board, being the pilot and two passengers, who were not injured.

Grupo Dimed also said that the accident occurred around 8:40 am and the skidding occurred during landing. There was only material damage.

“The competent authorities were notified and the company is working on investigating the causes of the episode”, highlights the note.

The Civil Defense of Santa Rosa isolated the site and the environmental police checks for fuel leakage. A company will take the plane out of the ravine.
