An airplane crash landed Sunday morning at Camarillo Airport.
The incident was reported shortly before 10 a.m., according to initial reports.
Two people were on board the plane but did not require medical attention, according to Capt. Brian McGrath, a spokesman for the Ventura County Fire Department.
The plane landed on airport grounds but did not erupt in fire, he said. About 75 gallons of fuel from the craft spread across the area as a result of the crash.
Firefighters requested assistance with fuel, and environmental health had been notified to help with removal.
