Emergency officials are on the scene of four-passenger helicopter on its side in the backyard of a residence on Orioles Drive in Mahoning Township.

The Federal Aviation Administration said the Robinson R44 helicopter crashed around 1 p.m.

Three people were on board. It was reported that one person had a shoulder injury and was transported to the hospital.

The FAA, who doesn’t identify people in aircraft incidents, said it will investigate and issue a report.

According to the aircraft number, the 2012 helicopter is owned by EDH Services LLC.
