SEMINOLE COUNTY, Oklahoma (KXII) – No one was injured after an experimental plane crashed in Seminole County Tuesday afternoon.
The plane went down around noon east of Highway 377 near the Canadian River.
The FAA says a single-engine Zlin Savage Cub S flipped while the pilot was practicing landing on a sandbar in the river.
The pilot was the only person on board. The Seminole County Sheriff’s Office says they were not injured.
