BLOUNTVILLE, Tenn. — No injuries were reported following an aircraft “accident” at Tri-Cities Airport Tuesday afternoon, according to officials.
The accident occurred at approximately 12:49 PM on runway 5-23, officials said in a news release. One person was on board the plane and no injuries were reported.
The runway has since reopened.
