A small plane crashed into Keystone Lake near Tulsa this weekend.
Troopers said the pilot was flying low on Saturday when he lost power and hit a power line.
KOCO 5 was told there were two people on board. They’re both expected to recover.
Sunday morning, dive teams and troopers used a boat to get the wreckage to shore. A tow truck company helped get it out of the water.
One of the employees said it was his first time pulling a plane from the lake.
“Yeah, you have to kind of think on your feet, sure do. You just kind of have to bring everything and hope everything goes good,” said Terry Hockersmith, T&T Towing.
A tow truck company and troopers removed the wings from the plane before it was towed away in pieces.
