Today is 9/11/2020 and if your department doesn’t have some plan to host a memorial service, or participate in one, that’s sad. And you know the reasons why.

On this, the nineteenth anniversary of the cowardice and murderous attacks on our Country on September 11th, 2001, our hearts and prayers are with the families and friends of those whose lives were lost, as well as those survivors who continue to suffer physical or related trauma. WE WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER!
God Bless you all, and for those who have made the supreme sacrifice, may they all Rest In Peace….
FIREFIGHTER’S PRAYER
When I’m called to duty God wherever flames may rage
grant me the strength to save a life whatever be its age
Help me to embrace a little child before it is too late
or save an older person from the horror of that fate
Enable me to be alert to hear the weakest shout
and quickly and efficiently put the fire out
I want to fill my calling Lord and give the best in me
to guard my every neighbor and protect his property
And if according to your will I am to lose my life
God bless with your protecting hand my children and my wife.
Everyone have a safe weekend!
Tom
