Today I’ve decided not to post anything about aircraft, rescues or firefighting, just a brief note to say that on this, the eve of Christmas, and throughout this entire holiday season, I’d like to ask everyone to take time during the rush of the holidays to enjoy the things in life that really matter.
Relish the quiet moments spent with friends, families and loved ones. May the wonder of Christmas surround you throughout the Season.

I’d also like to extend a sincere thank you to the men and women, and their families, of those who are serving in the military, to the fire fighters, police officers, paramedics, medical evacuation pilots and crews, dispatchers, nurses, doctors and everybody else who is standing a watch to protect us over this Christmas holiday… Thank You for what you do to ensure our safety and security.

Best wishes for a Merry Christmas and a safe and healthy holiday season, and as I say at the end of all my postings;
“Be safe out there”!!

Tom
