Of note, the “This Day in History… 16 years ago” article regarding Garuda flight 200 that crashed on this date on 2007 during a landing attempt at Yogyakarta-Adisutjipto Airport (JOG/WARJ), Indonesia. The report for this accident (link to the report at the end of the article), was conducted by the National Transportation Safety Committee (NTSC) of Indonesia and included several comments regarding the ARFF response.
