A plane with engine problems had to make a forced landing at Bacacheri Airport, in Curitiba, this Wednesday (19). The twin engine had a mechanical problem and hit a ravine. Luckily, the three occupants of the aircraft escaped the accident unharmed.

As was found at the scene, the aircraft left Campo Grande (MS) and would have suffered a problem in one of the engines. The plane started to fly low, crossed the runway and only stopped when it crashed into the ravine.

A rescue team from an air taxi company provided first aid to the occupants of the twin-engine and all were released at the scene. It was not possible to ascertain whether the aircraft was private or which was the destination of the flight.
