There’s always been “lively” discussions of what Firefighters want, as far as fireground leadership…it’s a very critical issue.
Please take a few minutes to share your thoughts via the below FIREGROUND LEADERSHIP survey. Career, volunteer, part-paid or poorly paid Firefighters of ALL ranks…your opinion is important related to your experiences on the fireground, particularly related to your interactions and trust in leadership. And yes-the results of the survey will be publicly shared later this year via The Secret List and other social media sources.
Like every survey-the questions could be read or interpreted in different ways, based upon your department, culture etc , but just provide your responses based on your experiences and gut instinct.
