NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
Notice of the annual meeting of the Aircraft Rescue & Fire Fighting Working Group, Inc. is hereby given. The meeting will be held at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center, 2101 N. Oak Street, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577 local time. The meeting is called for the purpose of receiving annual reports of the Officers and Directors, and to transact such business which comes before the ARFFWG.
The ARFF Working Group Annual Int’l Educational Symposium is the premier event for the aviation firefighting industry. We expect 60+ companies to exhibit at this year’s program. This is also an “Equipment Year” so many of the major ARFF Truck manufacturers will also display their vehicles. This is the perfect opportunity to visit and shop for products and services that deal specifically with the aviation fire safety and protection industry.
Your commitment to the ARFFWG helps to fund not only the Annual Symposium, but other educational programs promoted and supported by the ARFFWG throughout the year. The basic registration for the 2024 symposium is $825 (early) member rate, and includes full attendance rights to all ARFFWG activities. On-site registration will take place on Monday, September 9th at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center at 2:00 pm through 7:00 P.M. and on Tuesday, September 10th from 7:30 A.M. through 2:00 P.M. , same location.

The ARFF Working Group Int’l Educational Symposium, provides aviation fire safety manufacturers/suppliers unmatched international exposure for their products to the largest gathering of ARFF professionals in one location.
Our members are well versed on the products and services they want to see in the exhibit area. For some of our members, this is the one chance each year to see the products and services that are available to the aviation firefighting community.

This year we have the opportunity to display trucks in the venue. Vendors can purchase from 100’ to 600’ feet of exhibit space. If additional space is required, this will be negotiated on a per space basis. The space is NOT carpeted.

SPONSORSHIP INFORMATION
The right combination of advertising, sponsorship and pre and post show marketing opportunities will enhance the experience you as an exhibitor have at the symposium, and in expanding your client base at the close of the symposium. The ARFF Working Group appreciates the support we receive from our exhibitors and partners in the aviation fire protection industry. Your participation as a sponsor helps offset some of the major expenses for conducting a quality symposium. To extend your message beyond the borders of your booth the ARFF Working Group has put together a variety of options for Exhibitors to increase their name recognition and visibility. In addition to the traditional “Medal” sponsorships, we have expanded the sponsorship opportunities for our Sustaining Members who would like to increase their visibility with symposium attendees.
A number of options are available for this year’s sponsorship program. You will note donations can be made at various levels in support of symposium events; Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze; or you can choose from the various other sponsorship options available. Exhibitors/sponsors can also make a non-specific pledge in support of the symposium at a contribution amount of your choice.

River Oaks Golf Club has been carved from 800 pristine acres stretching along the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway. The unique 18 hole design provides the ideal experience for visiting and local golfers. Designed by Gene Hamm and Tom Jackson, both nines were intended to challenge golfers of all skill levels. Each were named for animals found in their natural habitats when the course was developed – Fox and Otter,Take your pick, and you’re sure to enjoy!
