Mark Smith is the Emergency Planning, Operations Deputy Fire Chief with Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. He has been an ARFF Firefighter for 20 years holding positions of Firefighter, Captain, Training Officer and Fire Chief. Mark has had the privilege to train and work alongside airports across Canada in Aircraft Rescue Firefighting, Airport Emergency Preparedness and Incident Management. He looks forward to supporting the ARFFWG members of Section 8.
